3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. A full price breakup including taxes and shipping charges will be displayed before order confirmation, in compliance with Rule 7(2)(a) of the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

  • Payments are processed securely through RBI-authorised third-party payment gateways
  • Orders may be cancelled due to pricing errors or technical issues, with full refund
  • We do not store card or banking credentials on our servers

4. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to:

  • Product availability at the time of order
  • Successful payment verification
  • Address and PIN code serviceability
  • Fraud and identity verification checks

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or technical issues. In such cases, customers will be notified and any payment made will be fully refunded within 5–7 working days.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website
  • Delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers or force majeure events
  • Temporary website downtime or interruptions beyond our reasonable control
  • Misuse of products by customers contrary to usage instructions

Maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the purchased order giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability for death, personal injury, or consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Force Majeure

Sri Lohitha Foods Private Limited shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil disturbances, strikes, or disruptions in transportation or digital infrastructure. In such events, we will communicate with affected customers at the earliest opportunity and endeavour to fulfil obligations once conditions normalise.

9. Third-Party Services

Our website may integrate with payment gateways, delivery providers, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services, terms, or policies. Use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer for Food Products

Our food products are manufactured and packed in compliance with FSSAI standards and applicable Food Safety and Standards Regulations. Product descriptions, nutritional information, and health claims on our website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in Andhra Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising under these Terms.
